Personal Coaching

Coaching is a new and empowering style of relating. Coaching focuses on the entire person. Coaching is a new profession which has synthesized the best from psychology, business, evolution, philosophy, spirituality and financially to benefit the entrepreneur, professional and business owner. Coaching works because of three unique features:
  • Synergy: Client and coach become a team, focusing on the client's goals and needs thus accomplishing more than the client would alone.
  • Structure: With a coach, a client takes more action, thinks bigger and gets the job done, thanks to the accountability which the coach provides.
  • Expertise: The coach knows how to help entrepreneurs make more money, make better decisions, set the best goals and restructure their professional and personal lives for maximum productivity.

"It is no longer adequate to maintain balance in a time of change. The situation is so fluid that the risk of adapting must be exercised. Change happens so quickly that failure to adapt likely means failure, period." - Charles Powell

"I want you to become aware that you already possess all the inner wisdom, strength and creativity needed to make your dreams come true. This is hard for most of us to realize because of the source of unlimited personal power is buried to deeply beneath the bills, the car pool, the deadline, the business trip and the dirty laundry that we have difficulty accessing it in our daily lives. When we can't access our inner resources, we come to the flawed conclusion that happiness and fulfillment comes only from external events. That's because external events usually bring with them some sort of change. And so we've learned to rely on circumstances outside ourselves for forward or backward momentum as we hurtle through life. But we don't have to do that any longer. We can learn to be catalysts for our own change." - From "Simple Abundance" by Sarah Breathnach
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded. "
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
